Landscaping Labourer
Location: Dublin
About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our landscaping team in Dublin. The role involves assisting with the delivery of landscaping projects across residential and commercial sites, ensuring high standards of workmanship and a safe, efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
◾️ Carry out general labouring duties on landscaping sites, including digging, lifting, carrying, and preparing materials.
◾️ Assist in the installation of paving, kerbing, fencing, decking, turf, and planting.
◾️ Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and landscaping machinery under supervision.
◾️ Support site preparation, including clearing areas and setting out work.
◾️ Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following health and safety procedures.
◾️ Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
◾️ Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or general outdoor labour is an advantage but not essential.
◾️ A strong work ethic with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.
◾️ Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
◾️ A valid Safe Pass card is required.
◾️ Manual Handling certification is desirable (training can be provided).
◾️ A full driving licence is an advantage but not essential.

Skilled Landscaper
Location: Dublin
About the Role
We are seeking experienced and skilled Landscapers to join our growing team in Dublin. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in delivering high-quality landscaping projects across residential gardens and commercial sites. From paving and kerbing to planting and garden design, you’ll play a key role in transforming outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities
◾️ Carry out all aspects of landscaping work, including paving, kerbing, decking, fencing, turfing, and planting.
◾️ Read and interpret site plans and drawings to ensure accurate project delivery.
◾️ Operate landscaping machinery and power tools safely and effectively.
◾️ Lead or assist with site preparation, layout, and finishing to the highest standards.
◾️ Work to agreed deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
◾️ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
◾️ Minimum 2 years’ experience in landscaping, groundworks, or a related trade.
◾️ Strong knowledge of hard and soft landscaping techniques.
◾️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
◾️ Safe Pass card required.
◾️ Manual Handling certification desirable (training can be arranged).
◾️ Full driving licence an advantage.
◾️ Reliable, hardworking, and with a strong eye for detail.
